We visit the home to review floor plans, measure room sizes, take photos, make some notes and analyze the wall color.   A comprehensive report is then given to the clients.  This is charged as a flat fee and generally takes  45 min - 1 1/2 hrs.

Staging Existing Homes For Selling

We use the homeowners furniture and accessories to optimize space, create a warm environment and appeal to  all potential buyers.   They will be able to visualize their items in the home and not feel like a visitor.   We de-clutter and highlight positive aspects of the home.   We can do the physical changes ourselves or give suggestions to the homeowner of what to do when we leave.   If the home needs more embellishments we have furniture and accessories for rent.   Items such as greens and photos are most liked needed.   This service is charged at an hourly fee with an additional monthly fee for any optional rental items.

Staging Vacant Homes For Selling

We have a large warehouse with many items to furnish an entire home.   The correct selection of furniture along with the eclectic embellishments make the home appealing to all potential buyers.   We rent the items monthly with a two month miniuim.   There is a one time staging fee for bring and setting up the rooms but no charge to remove the things once the home is sold or the contract expires.
